Welcome to LunaSync. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The Service
LunaSync provides personalised energy, focus, sleep and recovery insights based on information you share. It is a wellness tool — not a medical device — and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
2. Your Account
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable Use
- No reverse-engineering, scraping, or interfering with the service.
- No uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- No use that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Plan upgrades and downgrades are prorated immediately. Payments are processed by our payment provider; refunds are at our discretion and as required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
LunaSync, its content and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Insights are informational only — always consult a qualified professional for medical or psychological advice.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the account settings.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
